Located in Robina on the Gold Coast, the Kilburn project showcases MK Building’s expertise in large-scale renovations. This 11-month complete house renovation involved reconfiguring internal and external site planning to create a more functional layout, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The addition of a swimming pool, BBQ pavilion, and the activation of the previously unusable northern courtyard were key elements in achieving the client’s vision of a timeless yet contemporary functional home.
