Over the course of five months, our team undertook a full cosmetic renovation of this beautiful property, both inside and out. From modernising all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and living areas to enhancing the exterior with stone cladding, new windows, and doors, every detail was meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards. This project showcases our ability to breathe new life into existing structures, delivering a home that exudes luxury and functionality.

The Kentia Court renovation was driven by a clear vision to create a sophisticated, contemporary space that resonates with the clients’ lifestyle. One of the standout features of this renovation was the transformation of the existing upstairs master bedroom and balcony. Originally featuring a flat ceiling, Michael envisioned converting this space into a grand cathedral ceiling. Through innovative engineering and construction techniques, the roof was carefully maintained while the trusses were removed to reveal the stunning new ceiling. This bold design move not only added grandeur to the space but also reflected the clients’ trust in MK Building’s creativity and expertise. The end result is a home that perfectly balances aesthetic beauty with practical living spaces.
