Achieving Architectural Excellence on a Budget

The client, an architect, aimed to push the boundaries of conventional home design while adhering to a strict budget. With unique elements like underside-down trusses, ply ceilings, and off-form concrete bench seats, the goal was to create an architecturally distinguished home without the high costs typically associated with such designs. By meticulously planning and engineering, we delivered a cost-effective yet visually striking home that exceeded the client’s expectations.

Integrated upside-down trusses, ply ceilings, and off-form concrete bench seats.

Outdoor Elements

Created a seamless transition with continuous concrete bench seats and LED strip lighting from outdoor to indoor spaces through a glass sliding door.
